Week 2: Chinese

  • Fried Rice
  • Orange Chicken

Egg rolls are not easy to deep fry if you have no luck with a deep frier that you borrowed from an old roommate. Finding the optimal temperature results in a range of burnt to greasy egg rolls with a couple of perfect specimens.

I love making fried rice. Trying recreate the ginger sauce I concocted a few years ago always eludes me.

Orange chicken is a wonderful mixture of tart and spicy.

This week was a fried food haven.
